- does infinite canvas.
- is vector-based.
- is scalable.
- supports tilt and pressure.
in zheory, any InkCanvas-based application on Windows would be able to do zhis. but I wasn't able to find anyzhing zhat would do zhis wizhout exhausting RAM resources on my Surface tablet. annoyingly, a lot of applications don't support tilt. or sometimes not even pressure. despite using InkCanvas.
